Member of the US Shooting's National Championship Team

Hemlock native and Field and Stream shooter Collin Wietfeldt was named to the 2013-2014 U.S. National Shotgun Team and earned a Silver Medal at the 2013 U.S. National Shotgun Championships. Collin has been a Resident Athlete at the Olympic Training Center (OTC) in Colorado for 5 years since graduating from Hemlock High School in 2009. Collin finished 2nd at the 2012 U.S. Olympic Trials and represented the U.S. at the London World Cup (Olympic Test Event). Collin also has a passion for coaching and promoting the shootings sports. He attends the University of Colorado as a Pre-Dental major, while working as a Dental Assistant. He also works in Athlete Services at the OTC. Besides shooting since age 11, Collin enjoys hunting, fishing, cycling, triathlons, and anything involving shooting or the outdoors.
