After years of holding our monthly membership meetings at an offsite location. The club in 2009 voted to construct a venue with the capacity to hold our membership meetings on our own property. Although this was a challenge in getting approved by all, it has proven to be the right decision and will continue to provide our membership and several other groups a spectacular venue to host events large and small. The Clubhouse Hall features full commercial kitchen, restrooms, and audio-visual capability. With a capacity of up to 280 members, we have shared great presentations and increased attendance during our monthly membership meetings.
We have also incorporated a dinner meal provided by our outstanding all volunteer kitchen crew that is served before each meeting. This Clubhouse is a great benefit to our members and is used frequently by a multiple organization. We have hosted numerous regional and area group meetings to include; DNR, MUCC, Boy Scouts and our own Venturing group. We have also had many graduation parties, weddings, retirement parties, reunions. It is also used for check-in and registration for larger club hosted events such as the R-100, the largest 3D archery event in the state.
Attached to our Clubhouse Hall is a smaller group room that is used as a general-purpose meeting room, membership applications, shotgun events and to purchase various items that have been donated to the club. This room has the capacity to fit 45 people and features a fireplace, access to restrooms and kitchen, tv and more.
Both the Clubhouse Hall and meeting room are available for rent to members.
